Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 BC (NAV) Consultant (Accounting/Finance) – Remote

Join our team in Türkiye as a Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 BC (NAV) Consultant – fully remote opportunity!

What You Will Do for Us:

• Analyze customer business processes and requirements.
• Design customer-specific business management software solutions based on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (NAV) system.
• Test and document the designed solution.
• Participate and assist in customer key user training, acceptance tests, and go-live support.
• Maintain and support the implemented solution.

Valuable and wanted, competencies & skills, you need to have:

• 5+ years of functional knowledge of NAV / Business Central.
• Experience in implementing Business Central through the full project life cycle.
• Strong expertise in core financial modules and Turkish accounting.
• Proficiency in data gathering, preparation, and import into Business Central.
• Ability to document business requirements and functional specifications using Microsoft’s Sure Step methodology (GAP Fit analysis and Functional Requirements Documentation).
• Skills in analyzing client business processes and recommending improvements for optimal performance.
• Experience in implementing and deploying Dynamics 365 Business Central software (design, configure, train, support).
• Understanding of user and system requirements and identifying necessary customizations.
• End-user support, including providing POC and demos when required.
• Proficiency in English, both verbal and written.
• Strong teamwork skills, especially in collaboration with application developers during design, development, and testing phases.
• Ability to draft end-user documentation and deliver application training online and in one-on-one environments.
