Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Millwright with a strong background in industrial automation systems, preferably within the automotive manufacturing industry. This role involves on-site mechanical installation, equipment alignment, and support during commissioning phases across multiple customer locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, assemble, align, and maintain automated manufacturing equipment
- Perform mechanical installation of conveyors, fixtures, tooling, and robotic cells
- Read and interpret mechanical drawings and layout plans
- Support equipment commissioning and production ramp-up
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues on-site and provide corrective actions
- Follow all safety procedures and site-specific requirements
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Millwright or Mechanical Technician in automation environments
- Automotive industry experience strongly preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent (technical training is a plus)
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Willing and able to travel 70% or more
- Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on installation skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience with robotic cells and automated assembly lines
- Familiarity with manufacturing plant environments
- Strong teamwork and communication skills

Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week
