About the Role

Shahwilayat Public School invites applications for the position of Senior Mistress (O Levels). The role requires an experienced academic leader who can oversee teaching quality, support teachers, coordinate academic activities, and ensure effective implementation of O Level curriculum standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support O Level teaching staff to ensure high academic standards.
• Coordinate lesson planning, assessments, and academic schedules in line with O Level requirements.
• Monitor classroom practices and provide constructive academic guidance.
• Support subject teachers in curriculum implementation and examination readiness.
• Assist the Section Head in academic planning, reporting, and daily coordination.
• Handle student discipline and parent communication related to academic matters.
• Ensure compliance with school policies and examination board guidelines.

Eligibility Criteria

• Master’s degree in a relevant subject or Education.
• Minimum 5-8 years of teaching experience, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership or senior academic role.
• Strong understanding of O Level curriculum and assessment practices.
• Proven leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to mentor teachers and manage academic teams effectively.
