Timings: 06:00 PM to 03:00 AM (Monday to Saturday)
Salary Range: PKR 100,000 – 125,000 (based on experience and skill level)

Job Overview

Vairt is looking for a Senior App Developer to lead the development, optimization, and maintenance of high-quality mobile applications. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in mobile app development, the ability to mentor junior developers, and a problem-solving mindset to build scalable and performance-driven applications.

This is a full-time onsite role aligned with international clients and projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance mobile applications (Android and/or iOS)
• Lead app architecture, development standards, and best practices
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend teams
• Review code, ensure quality, and enforce clean coding practices
• Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and performance
• Debug, test, and maintain applications throughout the development lifecycle
• Integrate APIs, third-party services, and backend systems
• Mentor and guide junior developers
• Stay updated with the latest mobile development trends and technologies
• Ensure application security and data protection standards
• Participate in planning, sprint meetings, and technical discussions

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional experience in mobile app development
• Strong command of Flutter / React Native / Android (Kotlin/Java) / iOS (Swift)
• (experience in one or more required)
• Experience with RESTful APIs and third-party integrations

• Strong understanding of app architecture and design patterns
• Experience with version control systems (Git)
• Solid debugging and performance optimization skills
• Ability to work independently and lead development tasks
• Strong communication and documentation skillsPreferred (Plus Points)

• Experience with fintech, SaaS, or enterprise-level applications
• Experience deploying apps to Play Store / App Store
• Familiarity with cloud services (Firebase, AWS, etc.)
• Experience working with international clients or night-shift teams
