You will be directly responsible for driving early adoption, recruiting and activating beta users, testing acquisition channels, and turning data into insight. There is no team to manage at the start — and that’s intentional.

About this Role

We are seeking a Senior Mobile Developer to build beautiful, high-performance mobile applications. You will work closely with backend and design teams to deliver seamless cross-platform experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain mobile applications using Flutter and Dart
• Translate product requirements and designs into polished, responsive UIs
• Optimize applications for performance, battery efficiency, and smooth animations
• Ensure code quality through testing and code reviews
• Collaborate with backend engineers on API integration
• Mentor junior mobile developers

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong experience with Flutter and Dart
• Proficiency in state management solutions (Riverpod, Bloc, Provider)
• Experience with clean architecture and scalable app structure
• Solid understanding of platform-specific guidelines (iOS & Android)
• Experience integrating REST or GraphQL APIs

Nice to Have

• Experience with native iOS (Swift) or Android (Kotlin) development
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for mobile apps
• Experience with Firebase or other backend services
• Knowledge of animations and custom UI components
