JOB PURPOSE

As a Digital Analyst, you will work closely with product managers, designers, and engineers (Data and Development) to provide actionable insights that drive product improvements and innovation. You’ll turn data into stories, uncover trends, and recommend strategies that enhance user experience, conversion, and retention as your Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze product usage data to identify trends, patterns, and improvement opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers to define KPIs and success metrics for new and existing features.
  • Create dashboards and reports to monitor product performance.
  • Translate complex data findings into clear, actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
  • Partner with development and data engineering teams to ensure accurate data collection and tracking.


JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Conduct data analysis to identify trends and patterns, this includes collecting, cleaning, and analyzing data.
  2. Recommend enhancements to improve the user experience, this involves identifying areas where the user experience can be improved.
  3. Work with stakeholders to implement data-driven strategies, this involves collaborating with other team members to identify and solve weaknesses.
  4. Communicate findings to stakeholders in a clear and concise way.
  5. Create and manage reports, this involves summarizing data findings and presenting them in a clear and concise way.
  6. Develop and deploy data visualizations this involves using data visualization tools to create charts and graphs that are easy to understand and communicate findings to stakeholders.
  7. Performance Metrics: Monitoring and optimizing the performance of digital banking journeys processes and systems by analyzing data and identifying areas for improvement. This contributes to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the digital banking platform. Implementing data-driven performance optimization strategies is essential.
  8. Foster a feedback loop culture, this involves working with stakeholders to continuously collect feedback on data-driven initiatives and use that feedback to improve the initiatives.
  9. Continuous Learning. Staying updated with industry trends and emerging analytics tools and technologies is essential to ensure the bank remains competitive by leveraging the latest data analysis techniques, this involves attending training and self-learning.


MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS/EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE


  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
  • +3 years of experience in product analytics, business intelligence, or data analysis.
  • Intermated SQL skills for querying and manipulating large datasets.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Looker, Tableau, or similar).
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of A/B tests and experiments to validate hypotheses.
  • Experience with Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar Analytics platforms.
  • Familiarity with product management processes and agile methodologies.
  • Experience in SaaS, e-Commerce, or Digital Products.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to explain data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
