Svitla Systems Inc. is looking for a Senior Mobile Product Designer for a full-time remote position (40 hours per week) in Argentina. The client is a leading international movie theater chain.


You'll lead high-impact, transactional mobile experiences that connect the apps to what happens inside the theater. It is a hands-on, execution-heavy individual contributor role focused on B2C mobile commerce, conversion flows, loyalty, and account systems. You will partner closely with product, engineering, and user experience research to design and ship production-ready experiences used at scale. It is not a marketing or brand role. It is product de a live, consumer environment where usability, clarity, performance, and craft directly impact revenue and guest satisfaction. It's not a marketing/brand design role, a creative director, or a design management position. The perfect candidate who operates with senior-level judgment, owns complex problems, and raises the bar for both experience and visual quality.


Your portfolio must clearly demonstrate:

  • Development of new features;
  • Maintenance and enhancement of existing functionality;
  • Bug resolution and performance optimization;
  • Continuous improvement of user experience.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven ownership of complex B2C mobile products, including experience in personally leading and shipping at least one complex, transactional mobile experience at scale. Years of experience matter less than depth and impact.
  • In-depth understanding of B2C E-commerce.
  • Your portfolio clearly demonstrates end-to-end ownership and reflects production-ready UI with attention to typography, spacing, hierarchy, states, and edge cases.
  • The ability to explain tradeoffs, constraints, and decision-making logic.
  • Strong knowledge of Figma.
  • Experience working within and contributing to component libraries and design systems.
  • Understanding of how systems enable scale and consistency.
  • Experience designing checkout, cart, product selection, loyalty, subscription, or account systems.
  • Understanding of how UX decisions influence conversion, retention, and revenue.
  • Be comfortable working within real production constraints.
  • Demonstrated experience in mobile native and/or mobile web.
  • Expertise in designing for real mobile interaction patterns, not resized desktop layouts.
  • Clear evidence of thoughtful interaction design.
  • Have a Consistent, polished, and system-aware execution.
  • The ability to operate with minimal supervision.
  • Experience in defining problems collaboratively with product and engineering.
  • The ability to drive clarity and momentum in ambiguous situations.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead design for mobile native and mobile web experiences.
  • Design and iterate on transactional flows, including purchase, checkout, loyalty, subscription, and account management.
  • Translate complex product and business requirements into simple, intuitive user experiences.
  • Partner deeply with product managers, engineers, and design researchers from discovery through delivery.
  • Produce high-quality design artifacts: flows, wireframes, interaction specs, and polished UI.
  • Work within and contribute to Regal’s Design Language System using advanced Figma workflows.
  • Use research insights and data to refine and improve experiences post-launch.
  • Design with both digital and in-theater touchpoints in mind.
