About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Motion Designer who will play an active role in creating

engaging motion graphics, animated visual designs, and video-based communication

materials aligned with our brand identity and business unit briefs within the Design team.

This role requires high visual standards, strong storytelling skills, and the ability to deliver

high-quality outputs in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication Design, or a related field,
• 5+ years of experience in the field (agency experience is a plus),
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, After Effects, Premiere Pro, and similar tools,
• Experience in motion graphics, 2D/3D animation, and video editing,
• Strong command of core design principles including typography, color theory, and composition,
• Passion for following motion design trends, new tools, and emerging animation technologies,
• Ability to produce high-quality work under tight deadlines,
• Strong multitasking and time management skills,
• Ability to manage workloads independently and follow tasks through to completion,
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively across departments,
• A team-oriented mindset, willingness to adapt and learn, and a creative, results-driven approach.

Nice to Have

• Experience in 3D animation (Cinema4D, Blender),
• Experience in sound design or basic audio editing,
• Illustration experience for character or icon animations,
• Experience with generative AI tools and ability to integrate them into the creative workflow.

Job Description:

• Develop high-impact motion graphics, animations, and video content for digital campaigns, social media, product communication, and corporate materials,
• Create storyboards, visual concepts, and micro-interactions,
• Produce both short- and long-form animated content aligned with business unit briefs and corporate brand identity,
• Communicate effectively with business units and internal teams while managing projects and conducting efficient task follow-up.
