The Opportunity

We’re pioneering what a modern, human-centric legal brand can be. Lawfty is redefining how design, storytelling, and user experience can shape trust and clarity within the legal space. We’re seeking a highly organized, deeply creative, and strategically minded Senior Multidisciplinary Designer to join our dynamic Brand & Marketing team.

In this pivotal role, you’ll bring Lawfty’s brand story and values to life through thoughtful, high-impact design across every consumer touchpoint. You’ll have significant ownership in how the brand shows up - from digital experiences to out-of-home campaigns to broadcast graphics - ensuring our message is consistent, elevated, and resonant.

This is a predominantly remote role; however, proximity to the greater NYC area is a requirment for in-person collaborations, brainstorms, and creative sessions.

Key Responsibilities.

As our Senior Multidisciplinary Designer, you will be responsible for:

Brand Stewardship & Execution

  • Serving as a key steward of the Lawfty brand identity, maintaining a consistent, elevated, and strategically aligned aesthetic across all creative output.
  • Ensuring all design work meets the highest standards of quality, accuracy, and brand alignment.

Omnichannel Design Production

Creating best-in-class design solutions across a wide range of channels, including:

  • Digital: Social (static, carousel, stories), website graphics, email design, landing pages, display ads, paid media, etc.
  • Out-of-Home (OOH): Billboards, transit wraps, print ads, and other high-visibility placements.
  • Broadcast: Graphics for TV/video, lower thirds, typography overlays, and assets supporting radio campaigns.
  • Print: Marketing collateral, brochures, one-sheeters, corporate materials, and internal branded documents.

Creative Problem-Solving

  • Identifying design challenges and delivering elegant, effective, and scalable solutions - often under tight deadlines.
  • Bringing a resourceful, proactive mindset to every project.

Process & Organization

  • Managing multiple design projects simultaneously.
  • Implementing strong organizational systems and maintaining clean, thoughtful file structures for seamless team collaboration.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Working closely with marketing, brand, leadership, and external partners to bring campaigns from concept to execution.
  • Translating business needs into smart, strategic design outcomes.

Strategic Development

  • Contributing creative and strategic ideas that push the brand forward within established guidelines.
  • Presenting concepts, storyboards, mood boards, and visual rationale clearly and persuasively.
  • Staying on top of emerging design trends and platform best practices.
  • Developing a working understanding of performance metrics to better inform design decisions and collaborate effectively with performance and social teams.

Collaboration & Contribution.

  • Communicating effectively, respectfully, and thoughtfully with all team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity.

Qualifications.

We are looking for someone who demonstrates:

  • Proven Experience: A strong background in high-level design execution within an in-house creative team or agency environment.
  • Technical Mastery: Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, and other relevant design tools. Experience with generative AI tools is a strong plus.
  • Creative Vision: A portfolio showcasing exceptional design thinking, holistic brand understanding, and refined aesthetic principles.
  • Strategic Mindset: Ability to connect design decisions to marketing goals, KPIs, and broader brand strategy.
  • Exceptional Organization: Proven ability to manage multiple deliverables, maintain deadlines, and build personal systems for efficiency.
  • Proactive Problem-Solving: A resourceful, self-driven approach to identifying issues and offering solutions.
  • Collaborative Spirit: A warm, clear, and effective communicator who listens, contributes, and supports others.
  • Adaptability: Comfort navigating evolving brand needs and iterative feedback.
  • Curiosity & Growth Mindset: A desire to continuously explore new tools, trends, and design methodologies.

Favorable Additional Skillsets.

  • Animation / Motion Graphics: Ability to create dynamic motion assets (After Effects, etc.).
  • Light Copywriting: Comfort writing concise, compelling headlines and short-form copy.
  • Interactive / Product Design: Familiarity with UX/UI principles for digital experience design.
  • Data Visualization: Ability to convert data into refined and visually compelling graphics.
  • Use of AI Tools: Knowledge of integrating generative AI tools thoughtfully and ethically into the creative workflow.

Pay: $110,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
