Senior National Sales Representative - Luxury Hospitality & Outdoor Recreation

The Opportunity

We are seeking a high-energy, visionary National Sales Representative to lead our expansion into the Luxury/Recreational Hospitality and Private Outdoor Markets.

Your mission is to integrate the latest and most advanced shelter technology into the world’s leading overwater resorts, marinas, and glamping destinations. You will bridge the gap between architectural innovation and outdoor adventure, positioning our shelters as the premier choice for developers who refuse to compromise on durability or design.

Key Responsibilities

  • Market Expansion: Drive revenue growth across the overwater resort, marina, beach club, and high-end camping (glamping) sectors.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Build relationships with developers and hospitality groups to integrate Life Cube’s shelter technology into their master plans and recreational portfolios.
  • Product Evangelism: Educate the market on the superiority of our shelter technology,focusing on sustainability, rapid deployment, and resilience in harsh coastal and marine environments.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Lead the full sales cycle from initial lead generation to the final "Proof of Concept" and site-wide deployment.
  • Omni-Channel Strategy: Develop marketing and sales collateral tailored to recreational shelter markets, showcasing the versatility of Life Cube as a luxury beach suite or high-performance basecamp.

Qualifications & Experience

We are looking for a unique professional who understands the intersection of technical structural specs and luxury hospitality aesthetics.

  • Industry Expertise: Proven track record in sales/marketing for overwater resorts, marinas, or beachfront developments.
  • Shelter Knowledge: Deep experience in shelter sales, deployable technology, or recreational shelter markets.
  • Recreational Market Savvy: A passion for and professional history in the outdoor recreation industry, including camping, off-grid living, and eco-tourism.
  • Technical Literacy: Ability to discuss shelter technology, from R-values, wind loading, material science, to off-grid power integration with a diverse audience, from developers and architects to resort owners and hospitality leaders.
  • Network: An existing network of decision-makers in CRE development, resort management, and luxury hospitality.
