Welnez Hygiene is a premium wellness retreat launching in Kozhikode. We're a 60,000 sq ft facility on 4 acres with 52 luxury rooms and 2 specialty dining outlets, offering comprehensive wellness programs. Our positioning combines clinical wellness excellence with luxury hospitality standards.

Your Role

Conduct comprehensive naturopathy consultations and deliver evidence-based treatment protocols for guests managing chronic conditions including diabetes, hypertension, obesity, and PCOD. You'll work alongside a team of experienced practitioners to provide personalized wellness programs that integrate traditional naturopathy principles with modern medical understanding.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed medical consultations and health assessments for guests upon admission and throughout their stay.
• Design individualized treatment plans incorporating hydrotherapy, mud therapy, diet therapy, and other naturopathy modalities.
• Monitor guest progress through regular follow-up consultations and adjust treatment protocols based on clinical response.
• Collaborate with Medical Director and clinical team to ensure coordinated care delivery across all wellness programs.
• Document all consultations, assessments, and treatment recommendations in guest medical records following clinical protocols.
• Educate guests on naturopathy principles, treatment benefits, and post-retreat lifestyle modifications for sustained wellness.
• Participate in case discussions and contribute to continuous improvement of clinical protocols.

Must Have:

• MD/Bachelor of Naturopathy and Yogic Sciences (BNYS) degree from a recognized institution.
• Valid registration with the appropriate statutory council (State Naturopathy Board or Central Council of Naturopathy).
• Strong communication skills in English and Malayalam.
• Ability to explain complex medical concepts to guests in accessible language.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and occasional on-call duties.

Preferred:

• 3- 5 years of prior experience in wellness centers, naturopathy hospitals, or IPD settings is required.
• Exposure to treating lifestyle diseases such as diabetes, hypertension, or metabolic disorders.
• Understanding of integrative wellness approaches combining naturopathy with yoga and nutrition.

Work Environment

• Pre-opening phase with opportunities to shape clinical protocols and guest care standards.
• 6-day work week with one weekly off.
• On-call duties on a rotational basis as per clinical requirements.
• Direct interaction with guests in a premium wellness retreat setting.
• Collaborative clinical team environment with regular case discussions.
