About the Role

Better Recruitment is looking for a Senior NestJS Developer for one of our valued partners in the tech industry.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing and developing robust, scalable, and maintainable backend systems using NestJS and related technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services using NestJS.
• Implement efficient APIs, integrations, and data management solutions.
• Ensure application performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Collaborate with frontend and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality software.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize backend systems.

Requirements

• 5+ years of backend development experience.
• Strong expertise in NestJS (TypeScript/Node.js).
• Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL, TypeORM, and Redis.
• Familiarity with BullMQ or similar message queue systems.
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
• Experience with Docker and version control (Git).
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
