You like to share your knowledge, can work well with others, and are a good communicator. You believe that a problem is “something to be solved” and you can use your creativity, inquisitiveness, and critical thinking to do that.

· Strong experience with Azure services including Data Lake, Blob Storage, Functions, and Key Vault
· Strong experience with Writing efficient SQL for data modeling, transformation, and validation
· Experience leading agile teams and working across cross-functional data and technology teams.
· Estimate the labor it will take you to complete work, such coding a module or function
· Attending and contributing to SCRUM meetings
· Creating documentation (in code and in MS Word) describing how a program you wrote flows
· Translate functional and technical requirements to implement solutions
· Experience working remotely with team members who are located globally
· A dedicated and secure work environment with reliable internet connection
· Proficiency in written and spoken English
Having the following skills are a bonus:
· Experience with MIPS, QCDR, or CMS quality measure programs
· Knowledge of FHIR standards, CMS APIs, or HIPAA-compliant system design
· Familiarity working with external dashboard/reporting teams (e.g., Power BI developers)
Your primary responsibility will be to lead the ingestion, validation, transformation, and preparation of healthcare quality data for downstream analytics. You will also have responsibility to engaging with your Proximo co-workers and Proximo clients to discuss the project.
Your responsibilities will include:
· Design and build metadata-driven data ingestion and transformation pipelines using Microsoft Fabric (Lakehouse, Pipelines, Notebooks)
· Develop and optimize Apache Spark Notebooks for scalable processing, validation, and clinical measure logic
· Lead the design and implementation of enterprise data warehouse and data mart schemas to support regulatory reporting and clinical benchmarking
· Collaborate with architects, analysts, and external reporting teams to deliver seamless end-to-end data flow
· Implement robust data validation, transformation logic, and quality checks
· Mentor developers and lead technical sprint planning, peer reviews, and solution delivery
