Senior .NET Full Stack Engineer

Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior .NET Developer who has fundamentally evolved their workflow for the AI era. You won't just be "using Copilot"; you will be leading a development process where Cursor, Claude 3.5/4, and MCP (Model Context Protocol) are first-class citizens in your IDE.

Your mission is to convert complex business requirements into high-performance, test-driven production software with extreme efficiency. You are a master of "surgical coding"—using AI to generate the heavy lifting while you provide the architectural guardrails, security audits, and token-optimized context management.

Key Responsibilities

• AI-Native Development: Lead the full SDLC using Cursor Composer and Claude to generate, refactor, and document code.
• Requirement Translation: Take "vague" business requirements and use LLMs to draft technical specs, then execute those specs into working .NET 10+ / React solutions.
• Architectural Integrity: Ensure AI-generated code follows Clean Architecture, Vertical Slices, and SOLID principles. You are the "Human-in-the-Loop" that prevents AI spaghetti.
• Automated Quality: Implement AI-Driven TDD. You will prompt the AI to write comprehensive unit and integration tests before or alongside the logic to ensure 80%+ coverage.
• Token & Context Optimization: Manage .cursorrules and use MCP servers to give the AI precise context, ensuring high-quality outputs while minimizing token waste.
• Performance & Security: Manually audit AI suggestions for high-traffic EF Core queries, memory leaks, and OWASP security standards.

Technical Stack & Requirements

• Expertise in .NET Ecosystem: C, ASP.NET Core, EF Core, and Minimal APIs.
• Modern Frontend: React (TypeScript) with a focus on type-safe communication with the backend.
• AI Tooling Mastery: Deep experience with Cursor (Agent mode, Rules, Indexing) and Claude Code or similar CLI-based AI agents.
• Context Engineering: Proven ability to structure a codebase (using .claudefile, .cursorrules, or Markdown docs) so that AI "understands" the project instantly.
• Cloud & DevOps: Experience with Azure/AWS and CI/CD pipelines that incorporate AI-based code reviews.
