Title: Senior NetSuite Functional Consultant
Summary of Role
Serve as a Senior NetSuite Functional Consultant owning end-to-end solution design and ensuring alignment with business strategy and best practices. Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, optimize processes, and translate needs into scalable system configurations and enhancements. Lead NetSuite initiatives including implementations, upgrades, and releases; oversee testing, UAT, and change management; and collaborate with developers on integrations and customizations. Establish governance and standards, mentor junior team members, resolve complex issues, and proactively drive continuous system improvement. This role will be the stakeholder’s trusted NetSuite resource, develop Saved Search, Reports, and AI tools that accelerate monthly activities and catch errors, and drive project delivery to completeness ensuring high stakeholder satisfaction. This role will proactively develop and train others in processes that improve Business Systems Stability.
