Senior Nurse – Fertility Clinic

We are seeking an experienced Senior Nurse to join our fertility clinic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in reproductive medicine and a passion for providing compassionate, patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality nursing care throughout the fertility treatment journey, including consultations, monitoring, procedures, and follow-up.
• Assist with ultrasound scans, blood tests, medication administration, and treatment coordination.
• Educate and support patients on treatment plans, medication protocols, and lifestyle guidance.
• Collaborate closely with physicians, embryologists, and administrative staff to ensure seamless clinic operations.
• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with clinical standards and regulatory requirements.
• Mentor junior nursing staff and contribute to training, quality improvement, and protocol development.

Requirements:

• Registered Nurse with valid licensure.
• Extensive experience in a fertility or reproductive health setting.
• Strong communication, empathy, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, emotionally sensitive environment.
• Commitment to high clinical standards and patient confidentiality.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14,037.96 - ₹35,000.00 per month
