- Curriculum Delivery and Academic Instruction: Deliver theoretical and practical nursing lectures according to the approved PNMC curriculum, course outlines, and academic schedules while ensuring effective learning outcomes and professional standards.
- Clinical Teaching and Supervision: Supervise students during clinical rotations in affiliated hospitals and healthcare settings, ensuring safe nursing practices, clinical competency development, and adherence to ethical standards.
- Lesson Planning and Course Preparation: Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, assessment tools, presentations, and learning resources in line with institutional and PNMC academic requirements.
- Student Assessment and Evaluation: Conduct quizzes, assignments, practical examinations, viva assessments, and internal evaluations while maintaining transparency, accuracy, and timely grading records.
- Academic Mentorship and Student Counseling: Provide academic guidance, mentoring, and professional counseling to students regarding educational progress, clinical performance, discipline, and career development.
- Research and Scholarly Activities: Participate in nursing research, evidence-based practice initiatives, academic publications, seminars, and professional development activities to enhance educational excellence.
- Curriculum Development and Review: Contribute to curriculum enhancement, revision of course content, and development of innovative teaching methodologies according to changing healthcare and nursing education trends.
- Academic Administration and Documentation: Maintain attendance records, academic reports, clinical evaluation files, student portfolios, and other educational documentation as required by the institution and PNMC.
- Quality Assurance and PNMC Compliance: Ensure compliance with PNMC accreditation standards, institutional SOPs, academic regulations, and quality assurance requirements during teaching and administrative activities.
- Coordination with Clinical Departments: Coordinate with hospital nursing leadership and clinical departments for effective student placements, clinical objectives achievement, and rotation management.
- Faculty Development and Training: Participate in workshops, faculty development programs, conferences, and continuous professional education activities for capacity building and updated nursing practices.
- Professional Conduct and Ethical Practice: Demonstrate professional ethics, discipline, confidentiality, teamwork, and positive professional behavior while maintaining the dignity of the nursing profession.
