Senior Nursing Officer

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Senior Staff Nurse with over 10 years of clinical experience to provide high-quality patient care and support medical teams. The candidate should be capable of handling critical patients, supervising junior nursing staff, and ensuring compliance with hospital protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients
• Monitor patient conditions and report changes to doctors
• Assist doctors during medical procedures
• Supervise and guide junior nursing staff
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Ensure infection control and patient safety standards
• Communicate effectively with patients and their families

Requirements:

• GNM / B.Sc Nursing qualification
• Minimum 10+ years of hospital experience
• Keralite candidate preferred
• Must speak Malayalam and Hindi (English preferred)
• Strong clinical and leadership skills
• Willingness to relocate
• Compassionate, responsible, and patient-focused
