Senior Nutraceutical Product Manager

Job Summary:
ServiNatural Wellness Technologies WLL is seeking a Senior Nutraceutical Product Manager to lead the development, lifecycle management, and commercialization of nutraceutical, wellness, and health supplement products. This role is responsible for defining product strategy, overseeing formulation coordination, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving product innovation in the wellness and functional health market. If you are an experienced product leader in nutraceuticals or wellness consumer goods, this is a key opportunity in Qatar’s growing health and wellness sector.

What you'll do:

• Lead end-to-end product development for nutraceutical and wellness product lines
• Define product strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle management plans
• Collaborate with R&D, formulation experts, and manufacturers on product development
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards for supplements
• Conduct market research and identify trends in wellness and functional nutrition
• Manage product positioning, branding, and go-to-market strategies
• Work with marketing teams on product launches and promotional campaigns
• Monitor product performance, customer feedback, and sales analytics
• Coordinate with suppliers and contract manufacturers for product quality assurance
• Develop pricing strategies and optimize product profitability

Requirements:

• Experience in product management within nutraceuticals, supplements, or FMCG wellness products
• Strong understanding of formulation processes and product lifecycle management
• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks for health supplements and nutraceuticals
• Experience working with R&D, manufacturing, or private-label production teams
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret market and product data
• Excellent project management and cross-functional coordination skills
• Background in pharmacy, life sciences, nutrition, or related field is an advantage
• Strong communication and brand development capabilities

Pay: QAR18,000.00 - QAR32,000.00 per month
