Product Manager (FinTech)

We are looking for a Product Manager with strong experience in financial technology to lead the strategy, development, and launch of innovative digital financial products. The ideal candidate understands customer needs, market trends, regulatory requirements, and how to turn business goals into clear product outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for fintech products.
• Gather and prioritize requirements from customers, stakeholders, and internal teams.
• Work closely with engineering, design, compliance, operations, and business teams to deliver products on time.
• Lead the full product lifecycle from discovery and planning to launch and post-launch improvement.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and user feedback analysis to guide decisions.
• Monitor product performance, define KPIs, and use data to improve adoption and growth.
• Ensure products meet relevant financial, legal, security, and regulatory standards.
• Support go-to-market planning, product positioning, and cross-functional launch execution.

Requirements

• 3–7 years of experience in product management, preferably in fintech, banking, payments, lending, or digital wallets.
• Strong understanding of financial products, user journeys, and digital platform development.
• Experience working with engineering teams and delivering software products in Agile environments.
• Ability to translate business needs into product requirements and user stories.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with compliance, risk, fraud, APIs, and payment systems is a plus.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience with payments, wallets, lending, or regtech products.
• Background in business, computer science, finance, or a related field.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Pay: QAR80.00 - QAR127.00 per hour
