Role Description We are seeking an Odoo Architect / Senior Developer with a decade of ERP experience to lead the development and customization of our enterprise solutions. You will be responsible for the full development lifecycle, from requirement analysis and architectural design to module implementation and maintenance. This is a critical technical role for high-scale implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Core Development: Develop and customize Odoo modules (Open Source & Enterprise) to meet complex business requirements.
• System Architecture: Design scalable architectures and integrate Odoo with third-party applications via APIs.
• Database Management: optimize PostgreSQL databases for high performance and data integrity.
• Code Quality: Conduct code reviews, ensure adherence to Python coding standards, and write clean, efficient, and modular code.
• Troubleshooting: Debug complex issues in production environments and ensure system stability.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Experience: 10 years of experience in ERP implementation and development.
• Odoo Expertise: Proven mastery of the Odoo framework (v14/v15/v16+), including QWeb, POS, and eCommerce modules.
• Technical Stack: Expert-level proficiency in Python and PostgreSQL. Strong knowledge of XML, HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.
• Integration: Experience with REST APIs and external system integrations.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
