​What You’ll Do

​As our Senior Lead, you will be the technical and functional backbone of our implementations. Your mission is to transform complex business requirements into seamless Odoo workflows.
​End-to-End Implementation: Lead the full lifecycle of Odoo projects (from Requirement Gathering and Gap Analysis to Go-Live and Support).
​System Architecture: Design robust solutions across core modules (Accounting, Inventory, Manufacturing, Sales, and HR) using Odoo V17/V18.
​Business Consultation: Act as a trusted advisor to clients, optimizing their business processes through Odoo’s best practices.
​Project Leadership: Ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope, directly influencing the project’s profitability.

​Who You Are

​The Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years in Odoo implementation with a proven track record of successful "Go-Lives."
​Functional Mastery: Deep understanding of Accounting cycles (Automated Valuation, COA setup) and Supply Chain/Manufacturing routes.
​Technical Savvy: While this is a functional lead role, the ability to understand Odoo’s framework and guide developers on customizations is essential.
