About the Role

We are looking for a highly driven and experienced *Senior Property Consultant* specializing in *Off-Plan and Secondary Market* sales. The ideal candidate has a strong track record in real estate, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to deliver outstanding client service in a fast-paced, competitive environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage and grow a portfolio of clients interested in off-plan and secondary market properties

* Conduct market research and stay updated on new project launches and market trends

* Provide expert guidance and consultation to buyers and investors

* Negotiate offers, close deals, and achieve monthly sales targets

* Build strong relationships with developers, clients, and partners

* Attend property events, viewings, and sales presentations

Requirements

* Minimum 2–4 years’ experience in real estate sales (off-plan & secondary)

* Strong knowledge of the property market

* Proven track record of achieving sales targets

* Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

* Valid driving license (preferred)

* RERA certification (added advantage)
