Senior Off-Plan Property Specialist

Role Overview

We are looking for high-performing Senior Off-Plan Property Consultants with a minimum of 3 years of real estate experience in Dubai and a strong background in selling off-plan projects. This role is ideal for consultants seeking a professional platform with high-quality leads, strong developer relationships, and support to achieve consistent, high-level results.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell off-plan projects with a strong focus on EMAAR and Dubai Holding developments.
• Manage a qualified pipeline of investors and high-net-worth clients.
• Conduct expert consultations based on deep market and developer-specific knowledge.
• Deliver project presentations, conduct tours, and guide clients through the investment process.
• Maintain long-term relationships and manage your client portfolio effectively.
• Negotiate offers and close deals with confidence and professionalism.
• Stay updated on developer launches, market trends, and community insights.
• Attend developer events, previews, and private launches on behalf of the company.
• Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of real estate experience in Dubai
• Proven track record selling off-plan.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
• Ability to manage and convert high-net-worth clients.
• Comprehensive understanding of Dubai’s off-plan market.
• RERA certification preferred.
• CRM proficiency and strong digital communication skills.
• Self-driven, target-focused, and professional.
