About the Role

As a Senior Officer in Material Fulfillment within our Aviation and Aero Engine MRO Operations team, you will play a key role in supporting day-to-day warehousing, kitting, and material movement activities. Your efforts will ensure the accurate and timely delivery of engine parts to production, contributing to efficient engine turnaround times. You will work closely with warehouse and kitting teams to maintain proper documentation, inventory accuracy, and compliance with fulfillment procedures. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to mentor and guide junior team members, providing coaching and first-level support to enhance team performance.

Your Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and issuing kitting bins according to engine build schedules, including material picking, staging, and physical verification against kit lists.
• Support proper labeling, packing, and transfer of materials to designated areas within the warehouse and production.
• Maintain and update system entries for kitting completion, stock transfers, and material movements using Oracle or similar ERP systems.
• Review documentation entries for accuracy and completeness, flagging discrepancies to supervisors.
• Participate in cycle counts and stock verification activities, identifying mismatches and reporting low stock levels.
• Lead occasional spot-check counts and coach junior officers on inventory best practices.
• Coordinate internal material movement logistics and monitor kit flow to identify and report bottlenecks.
• Ensure compliance with quality assurance protocols, safety standards, and proper storage conditions.
• Escalate damaged or non-conforming materials for further review and action.
• Support urgent fulfillment or re-kitting requests and actively participate in team huddles and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Mentor and coach junior team members to support their development and operational excellence.

Who we are looking for

We seek a dedicated professional with a Diploma or vocational qualification in Supply Chain, Logistics, Warehouse Operations, or related fields. A Bachelor's degree is advantageous but not mandatory. You bring 4-5 years of experience in warehouse or supply chain operations, with aviation or MRO exposure considered a plus.

You possess advanced knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and ERP systems like Oracle. Familiarity with kitting procedures, lean practices, and safety regulations is essential. Strong leadership and coaching skills enable you to mentor team members effectively. Your excellent communication and stakeholder coordination abilities support collaboration across functions including Production, Logistics, and Quality Assurance.
