Senior Officer - Performance Management

Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Senior Officer – Performance Management to support IT Operations and Governance functions within a banking environment.

The role is responsible for centralized IT performance tracking, executive reporting, governance monitoring, and SLA/KPI transparency across all IT verticals and technology subsidiaries. The incumbent will ensure alignment of IT performance with organizational objectives and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the central coordination point for collecting and consolidating performance data from all IT verticals (Infrastructure, Development, Technology Subsidiaries, etc.).
• Track and monitor system downtimes, audit observations, governance initiatives, SLA compliance, and KPI performance.
• Maintain a consolidated, secure, and accurate IT performance repository using advanced Excel (pivot tables, dashboards, complex formulas, historical trend analysis).
• Prepare and present monthly IT performance reports and executive decks for senior management, including C-suite stakeholders.
• Translate operational metrics into meaningful business insights, highlighting risks, performance gaps, and remediation progress.
• Design and maintain executive-level dashboards reporting SLA compliance and critical system KPIs.
• Facilitate review meetings and conduct structured performance briefings.
• Ensure timely completion of governance reporting deliverables and follow-up actions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field (Master’s preferred)
• Minimum 9 years of experience in MIS, preferably within IT Governance
• Mandatory hands-on experience in the banking sector
