Job Description Retail Banking Operations Support on Financial transactions and issuance of banking instruments. Cashier's Order and Demand Draft Issuance. Verification Officer, able to understand customer/Business Units (BU) letter/memo of instruction and ensure documents received are in order for processing Verify customer / BU signatures and ensure BU grids are complied with. Communicate with internal customer / BU regarding customer / BU letter / memo of instruction Exercise vigilance when performing transactions and report any unusual or suspicious transactions immediately to supervisor. Perform end-of-day reconciliation of instructions received. Perform financial transactions as maker role.Job Requirements: Diploma or Degree in Banking & Finance or a related field is preferred. Preferably at least 2 years of Banking experience . Maintains a positive attitude and demonstrates a strong willingness to learn. A team player committed to achieving shared goals. Highly attentive to detail and capable of working independently. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with financial systems and reconciliation processes is an advantage.
