Senior Officer - Talent Acquisition

MAIN OBJECTIVE OF ROLE

To manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle across assigned business areas, by ensuring the timely sourcing and selection of high-calibre candidates in line with organisational requirements.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Sources and locates candidates via effective channels to maintain a robust pool of potential candidates for vacancies and cultivate a top-tier workforce.
  • Collaborates in fostering a company culture that values employees, prioritizes quality, continuous improvement, and high performance, with the goal of becoming and remaining an 'Employer of Choice'.
  • Conducts pre-employment checks and manages post-employment procedures to ensure all employee hirings are processed accurately and efficiently.
  • Develops sourcing strategies and oversees various recruitment channels to achieve recruitment targets while staying within budget.
  • Translates business objectives into recruitment solutions by conducting diagnostics and needs analysis, probing to uncover underlying needs and identifying capability gaps.
  • Handles a substantial volume of recruitment, including specialized positions, managing multiple vacancies across various disciplines simultaneously.
  • Provides Hiring Managers with client relationship management services to ensure the implementation of best practice recruitment.
  • Coordinates the end-to-end recruitment process for vacancies within the designated portfolio, ensuring high-caliber candidates progress smoothly through the recruitment process.
  • Conducts candidate interviews, whether by telephone, video, or in-person, in collaboration with Hiring Managers and other team members.
  • Maintains the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring the efficient processing of candidates, requisitions, and postings within specified timeframes.
  • Generates and maintains reports and communications to keep senior staff informed of vacancy statuses.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's Degree (3+ years)
  • Fluent in English
  • 3 years of experience In-depth experience of in house or agency recruitment
  • Years with qualifications: 5 - 7 years

ISR REQUIREMENTS

Reads and complies with the ISR policies of the Company and diligently reports any weakness or incidents to the respective Line Manager or the Information Security team. Completes all required ISR awareness sessions and follows associated guidelines in the day-to-day business operations.
