As a Business Development Executive at ICT Systems Pvt Ltd. you will play a crucial role in showcasing our services and generating new leads and managing the client on boarding process. We are seeking a multi-talented individual who can effectively create and engage in online freelancing platforms such as Upwork, and Freelancer.

In addition, you will work closely with our project management department to ensure a seamless transfer of projects to clients. Your expertise in Basic IT will be invaluable in understanding client requirements and effectively communicating them to our services (Checkout our services at www.ictsystems.com.pk) team.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Showcasing our services and Generating leads from multiple sources, including , Freelancer, and Upwork, with a focus on targeting clients seeking www.ictsytems.com.pk services.
• Demonstrate excellent written communication skills to facilitate the creation of gigs, proposals, emails, and project drafts that effectively convey our capabilities and expertise.
• Coordinate with project management teams to provide accurate estimates and quotations for clients, considering the complexity and scope of projects.
• Submit bids on time and within budget to maximize our chances of winning projects.
• Gather all client requirements, effectively communicate and ensure successful project delivery.
• Maintain strong and healthy customer relationships throughout the project lifecycle, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns or queries.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure that proposed solutions align with client needs and expectations.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends and advancements, and apply that knowledge to enhance our bidding strategies and offerings.
• Meet monthly quotas for project acquisition to drive business growth and revenue generation.
• Maintain a high rating on online freelancing platforms such as Upwork, and Freelancer by consistently delivering exceptional solutions and providing excellent customer service.

Requirements:

• Proven 2 years of experience in online freelancing platforms and a solid understanding of the entire bidding process.
• Prior experience in an Information Technology company or a related field is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex data science concepts to clients.
• Negotiation and persuasion abilities, especially when discussing project requirements, timelines, and budgets.
• Sound knowledge of database and Utilities principles, techniques, and methodologies, with an understanding of how they can be applied to solve real-world business problems.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently, while also collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Result-oriented mindset with a focus on meeting targets and deadlines, while maintaining high-quality deliverables.
