Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and technically proficient Senior Open Text Developer to join our enterprise application development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining robust Enterprise Content Management (ECM) solutions using the Open Text suite. This role requires extensive, hands-on experience in customizing and integrating Open Text products with other enterprise systems, along with mentoring junior team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex Open Text solutions (e.g., Content Server, Extended ECM, Exstream, or VIM), ensuring technical specifications align with business requirements.
• Develop and customize Open Text components, including workflows, forms, web reports, and custom applications using relevant programming languages (e.g., Java, C#, or .NET).
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate complex functional requirements into efficient technical designs and documentation.
• Conduct performance tuning, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis for production issues in the Open Text environment.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, conduct thorough code reviews, and participate in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Provide technical guidance and support to development team members.
• Support system integration efforts with other core enterprise platforms (e.g., SAP, Salesforce).

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in Open Text development and implementation.
• Expertise in the Open Text platform is mandatory. (e.g., Open Text Content Server, Extended ECM, Archive Server, or specific product expertise like Exstream/VIM is a strong plus).
• Strong programming background in Java, C#, or similar languages relevant to Open Text customization.
• Proficiency with SQL and database technologies (e.g., Oracle, MS SQL Server).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience working in a hybrid environment and managing tasks with minimal supervision.

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹120,000.00 - ₹140,000.00 per month
