The Senior Operations Analyst ensures smooth, accurate, and efficient operations across PixFirst’s European school-photography and print-production workflow. The role blends analytical strength with hands-on operational expertise—from school setup and sales session creation to order processing, printing, and customer issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities
- Operational Analysis

- Build reports that support Ops leadership and CEO decision-making.
- Process Improvement
- Map end-to-end processes and identify inefficiencies (duplicate albums, catalog issues, delays, bottlenecks).
- Work with Ops and Dev teams to fix root causes and reduce manual efforts.
- Quality & Compliance
- Monitor error patterns (order mismatches, missing images, wrong deliveries, print-lab delays).
- Implement QA checks and ensure compliance with quality standards and SLAs.
- Cross-Team Collaboration
- Coordinate with Photographers, Dev, BI, Customer Support, and Print teams to standardize processes, test features, reduce recurring issues, and improve turnaround.
Requirements
- 4–7+ years in Operations/Analytics/Process Improvement, ideally in e-commerce or multi-step fulfilment.
- Strong understanding of operational workflows and SLAs.
- Highly accurate, data-driven, detail-oriented, and process-focused.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management.
- Fast learner with strong ownership and ability to work under peak-season pressure.
