Role Overview:

The Central Order Processing Executive for a personal care company is responsible for managing and coordinating the order processing operations, ensuring the accurate and efficient handling of orders processing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and verify incoming orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Accurately input order details into the order processing system/ excel.
• Monitor and track the status of orders, from the point of entry to final delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and production, to optimize order processing and delivery processes.
• Ensure a high level of responsiveness to mails/ calls.
• Address and resolve any quality-related concerns or deviations.
• Maintain accurate records of orders, invoices, and related documents.
• Generate reports on order processing performance and share insights with management.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement best practices.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in order processing, customer service, or a similar role is advantageous.
• Proficiency in Excel / Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge of inventory management systems and order tracking tools.
• Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work under pressure.
• Effective communication.
