We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations Executive to manage our retail team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations across our retail outlets, manage marketing efforts both on and offline, ensuring smooth workflows, supply chain management, and ultimately meeting sales targets. This role plays a critical part in ensuring efficiency, customer satisfaction, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of retail stores and ensure adherence to company standards.
- Manage the marketing department to ensure the best market outreach
- Events management and interaction with the business stakeholders.
- Monitor stock levels, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure timely replenishment of inventory.
- Support outlets in staff scheduling, operational issues, and performance monitoring.
- Analyze sales data and operational metrics to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities.
- Ensure stores comply with health & safety, cleanliness, and visual merchandising standards.
- Coordinate with the logistics, finance, and marketing teams for seamless store functioning.
- Assist in onboarding and training new retail staff.
- Manage vendor relationships and service contracts.
- Support implementation of new systems, processes, and technologies in-store.
- Report operational performance regularly to senior management.
Required Skills:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and act on operational reports.
- Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- Working knowledge of POS systems and retail management tools.
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel); ERP knowledge is a plus.
- Experience in AI tools is a plus.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum 7 years of experience in retail operations, of which a minimum of 5 years experience in UAE, preferably in a multi-store environment.
- Proven ability to manage store-level operations, inventory, and staff coordination.
- Must have experience in marketing both on and offline.
- Familiarity with retail KPIs, merchandising principles, and customer experience standards.
- An established achievement record supported by senior management testimonials.
- Driving license is a must. A car is a plus.

- Energetic, proactive, and a self-starter.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Flexible to travel between retail locations when needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to AED10,000.00 per month
