Senior Operations & Executive Management - Freight Forwarding

• Freight Forwarding Expertise: In-depth knowledge of air, sea, and land freight, Incoterms, IATA/IMO regulations, and customs clearance procedures.
• Leadership & Team Management: Ability to lead diverse teams, inspire performance, and foster collaboration.
• Strategic Thinking: Strong business acumen with the ability to align operations with organizational goals.
• Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with Qatari customs, GCC trade regulations, and international compliance requirements.
• Negotiation & Vendor Management: Skilled in building long-term partnerships with carriers, agents, and suppliers.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to resolve operational bottlenecks and provide customer-centric solutions.
• Financial Management: Experience in budgeting, cost optimization, and P&L accountability.
• Technology & Systems: Proficiency with freight management systems (CargoWise, SAP, etc.), digital freight platforms, and MS Office.
• Communication & Networking: Excellent interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills
• Valid QID and NOC
