Job Responsibility

* Exposure to M.I.C.E. -- (meetings, incentives, conferences, and exhibitions) operations.

• Plan and execute corporate events, conferences, and incentive tours across domestic and international locations.
• Coordinate with vendors, hotels, airlines, and event partners for seamless event execution.
• Manage itineraries, logistics, and on-ground operations to ensure smooth travel and event experiences.
• Negotiate with suppliers to optimize costs while maintaining quality service standards.
• Handle client communication, provide real-time updates, and address operational challenges efficiently.
• Maintain detailed reports, documentation, and budget tracking for each project.Key Skills:Mandatory:
• Strong knowledge of event planning, vendor management, logistics and query management
• Excellent budgeting and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and client management skills.
• Willingness to travel for on-site event coordination.

Working Days: 6 days (2nd and 4th Saturday off)
Work Timings: 10am to 7pm
