We are looking for a Senior Operations Manager (m/f/d) who can take full ownership of operational strategy, process improvement, and cross-functional execution. You are not just managing day-to-day activities; you are building the systems that define how the business operates at scale. You will oversee operational planning, performance tracking, and execution alignment across departments.

You will act as a key link between leadership and operational teams, ensuring clarity, accountability, and measurable performance outcomes across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Strategy:
Design and implement operational frameworks that improve efficiency, scalability, and organizational performance.

Process Improvement:
Analyze current workflows, identify inefficiencies, and implement structured improvements across departments.

Performance Monitoring:
Develop KPIs, dashboards, and reporting systems to track operational success and support decision-making.

Team Leadership:
Lead and support operations teams, ensuring accountability, productivity, and continuous improvement.

Cross-Department Coordination:
Collaborate with finance, HR, and business development teams to ensure alignment of operational goals.

Reporting & Insights:
Provide regular operational reports and strategic recommendations to senior management based on data analysis.

What We Are Looking For

Experience:
6+ years in operations management, including at least 2 years in a senior leadership role.

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related discipline.

Skills:
Strong analytical ability, process optimization experience, and capability to manage KPI-driven environments.

Tools:
Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, ERP systems, and operational reporting tools.

Language:
English required; Arabic is an advantage.

Mindset:
You are structured, disciplined, and execution-focused. You balance strategic thinking with hands-on operational leadership.

Pay: BD1,400.000 - BD1,800.000 per month
