Senior Operations Manager

We are looking for a Senior Operations Manager who can take full ownership of operational excellence across our organization. You are not just managing processes—you are defining how the organization runs.

You will lead operational planning, optimize internal systems, and ensure smooth coordination between teams, partners, and leadership. You are the person who turns strategy into execution and ensures that everything runs with clarity, efficiency, and accountability.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Strategy:
Develop and execute operational strategies that improve efficiency, scalability, and service delivery across programs.

Process Ownership:
Design, implement, and continuously improve operational workflows, SOPs, and internal systems.

Team Coordination:
Oversee coordination between departments, field teams, and external partners to ensure alignment and execution.

Resource & Budget Management:
Manage operational planning, budgeting, and resource allocation to ensure optimal performance.

Performance & Reporting:
Establish operational KPIs, track performance, and provide clear reporting to leadership.

Risk & Compliance:
Identify operational risks and implement solutions to maintain compliance and continuity.

Execution Leadership:
Ensure that strategic initiatives are translated into structured, measurable execution plans.

What We Are Looking For:

Experience:
7+ years in operations management, program management, or organizational leadership. Experience in NGO, nonprofit, or humanitarian environments is a strong advantage.

Leadership Ability:
Proven experience managing teams, workflows, and cross-functional coordination at scale.

Operational Thinking:
Strong ability to build systems, improve processes, and solve complex operational challenges.

Communication Skills:
Ability to communicate clearly with leadership, teams, and external stakeholders.

Education:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.

Mindset:
You are structured, decisive, and execution-focused. You understand when to refine systems and when to move quickly to deliver impact.
