Lead and oversee daily operations of mobile power generation assets across multiple locations

Ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operation of power generation equipment, including gas turbines, diesel generators, and natural gas engines

Coordinate mobilization and demobilization of equipment and personnel for project deployments

Monitor fleet performance, uptime, fuel efficiency, and key operational metrics

Develop and implement strategies to improve reliability and reduce downtime

Collaborate with maintenance and fleet teams to ensure equipment readiness and support preventive and predictive maintenance programs

Coordinate major outages, overhauls, and emergency repairs, ensuring compliance with OEM standards and operating procedures

Lead and develop operations supervisors, site managers, technicians, and support staff, including hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management

Promote a strong culture of safety, teamwork, and operational excellence across all sites

Serve as the primary operational contact for customers and project stakeholders, ensuring timely and professional resolution of issues

Support contract execution, operational deliverables, and assist business development with operational planning and technical support

Manage operational budgets, monitor project profitability, and control operational costs

Support forecasting, scheduling, and resource planning to meet project requirements

Identify and implement opportunities for operational improvements and cost savings

Bachelors degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business, or a related field preferred

10+ years of experience in power generation or heavy industrial operations

Experience with gas turbines, diesel generators, natural gas reciprocating engines, or mobile/temporary power generation systems

Strong leadership and multi-site management experience

Knowledge of power generation safety and regulatory requirements

Ability to travel to project locations, up to 50%

Preferred experience with temporary/mobile power generation, microgrid operations, EPC or field service operations

Familiarity with equipment from CAT, Cummins, MTU, Jenbacher, Waukesha, Solar Turbines, or GE

Experience with CMMS and operational reporting systems
