Job Summary:
Team JSB Business Services W.L.L. is seeking a Senior Operations Manager to lead and optimize business service operations in Doha. This role is responsible for managing service delivery, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring high-quality client outcomes across multiple service lines. What you'll do:
- Oversee day-to-day operations across business service functions and client accounts
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and service quality
- Manage teams across administration, customer service, and service delivery units
- Monitor KPIs, performance metrics, and operational outcomes
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of services to clients
- Identify process improvements and implement best practices
- Coordinate with sales and account management teams to support client growth
- Manage budgets, resource planning, and operational costs
- Handle escalations and ensure strong client satisfaction
- Prepare reports and updates for senior management
