Senior Operations Manager (Home & Facilities Services)

Job Summary:
HomeTouch Living & Home Services W.L.L. is seeking a Senior Operations Manager to lead and optimize home and facilities service operations across residential and commercial clients in Doha. This role is responsible for ensuring efficient service delivery, managing field teams, and maintaining high customer satisfaction standards. What you'll do:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of home services and facilities management activities
• Manage field teams including technicians, supervisors, and support staff
• Ensure timely and high-quality service delivery across cleaning, maintenance, and facility services
• Develop and implement operational processes to improve efficiency and service standards
• Monitor KPIs, service performance, and customer satisfaction metrics
• Coordinate scheduling, dispatching, and resource allocation
• Handle client relationships, service contracts, and escalations
• Manage budgets, cost control, and operational planning
• Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and service regulations
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and operational optimization

Requirements:

• Experience in operations, facilities management, or service delivery
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Ability to manage multiple service lines and field operations
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment
• Basic understanding of maintenance or facility services is an advantage
• Familiarity with service management or scheduling systems is an advantage

Pay: QAR18,000.00 - QAR30,000.00 per month
