Position: Senior Operations Manager - US Last Mile Logistics

Location: Shahrah-e-Faisal, Opposite Nursery, Karachi

Employment Type: Full-Time (Onsite)

Rotational Shift: Evening & Night (Pakistan Time)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage US Last Mile delivery operations.
• Oversee daily dispatch, route planning, scheduling, and delivery execution.
• Supervise operations teams, dispatchers, and field support personnel.
• Coordinate with drivers, vendors, and delivery partners to ensure service excellence.
• Monitor operational KPIs, service levels, and performance metrics.
• Resolve escalations and operational challenges in a timely manner.
• Maintain professional communication with US-based clients and stakeholders.
• Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in US Logistics, Last Mile Delivery, or Transportation Operations.
• Proven experience managing teams and leading operational functions.
• Strong understanding of dispatch operations, route optimization, and delivery management.
• Experience coordinating with vendors, contractors, and driver networks.
• Ability to manage high-volume operations and meet client service expectations.
• Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and decision-making skills.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.

Pay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month
