Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day soft services operations across multiple sites (cleaning, housekeeping, landscaping, etc.)
- Monitor and ensure compliance with SLAs, KPIs, and contractual obligations
- Lead and guide site supervisors and team leads, ensuring performance and discipline standards are met
- Handle client coordination, site meetings, and operational issue resolution
- Support tender preparation, operational inputs, mobilization plans, and costing data
- Assist with contract administration, renewals, variations, and service changes
- Conduct site audits, inspections, and performance reviews
- In charge in manpower planning, deployment, attendance monitoring, and productivity optimization
- Ensure compliance with HSE standards, company policies, and client requirements
- Prepare operational reports, dashboards, and updates
Requirements
- 5–8 years’ experience in Soft Services
- Proven exposure to multi-site operations and large manpower deployment
- Experience in tender support and contract management
- Strong knowledge of SLAs, KPIs, and client service delivery models
- Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, reporting, presentations)
Preferred
- Valid UAE driving license
- Experience working with government or large private clients
