About the Role
We’re looking for a proactive Senior Operations Support to sit at the heart of our busy HVAC operations team.
You’ll be the key link between Operations, Sales, and Engineering — ensuring jobs run smoothly, issues are resolved quickly, and customers receive a first-class service.
This is a fast-paced role for someone who takes ownership, stays organised under pressure, and enjoys making things happen.
What You’ll Do
- Handle and prioritise calls, emails, and operational queries
- Process orders, RAMS, and job documentation accurately
- Schedule engineers and manage diaries efficiently
- Act as the main escalation point for engineers and clients
- Take ownership of job and client issues through to resolution
- Monitor key processes and ensure deadlines are met
- Coordinate subcontractor reports and follow-ups
- Maintain accurate system records and job updates
- Support daily operations, KPIs, and team coordination
- Produce O&M packs for completed installations
- Support the Operations Manager and act as deputy when required

- Strong communication and organisational skills
- High attention to detail
- Confident problem solver who takes ownership
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment
- Strong IT skills (Microsoft Office essential)
- Experience in operations, service, or engineering support
- Team player with a proactive, “can-do” attitude
What We Offer
- £35,000 salary
- Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm (no weekends)
- Office-based role in Winnersh
