Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Operator- Injection Molding Machine to manage production team and operate Injection Molding Machines in our food packaging manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate must have a strong technical background, hands-on experience with injection molding processes, and the ability to lead a team to achieve production targets while ensuring quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor injection molding machines to ensure smooth production.
• Set up machines, change molds, and perform adjustments as needed.
• Maintain production records and ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Conduct regular checks to prevent defects and maintain product consistency.
• Supervise and train junior machine operators.
• Coordinate with the Maintenance and QC teams for troubleshooting and resolving issues.
• Ensure safety protocols and company policies are strictly followed.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in injection molding machine operation, preferably in food packaging manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of machine settings, mold changeovers, and troubleshooting.
• Ability to read and understand production plans and technical instructions.
• Leadership skills to supervise and train team members.
• Strong focus on quality, safety, and efficiency.
• Age Limit: 25 - 40

Education:

• Minimum Matric
• DAE (Mechanical or Relevant Field).
