Position Overview

Matrix IFS is seeking a senior Oracle Analytics Server (OAS) Developer to design, manage, and support enterprise-grade AML dashboards and reporting solutions within a regulated banking environment.

Core Technical Requirements

• Advanced expertise in Oracle Analytics Server (OAS) including:
• Semantic data model (RPD) design and optimization
• Subject area development and governance
• Security configuration (row-level & object-level)
• Performance tuning and query optimization
• Strong SQL proficiency and data warehousing knowledge
• Experience supporting production BI environments (incident resolution, release management, environment migrations)
Ability to manage end-to-end lifecycle: data model dashboard performance

Domain Expertise

• Demonstrated experience in AML / Financial Crime Compliance within financial services
• Functional understanding of:
• Transaction Monitoring (TM)
• KYC / Customer Risk Rating
• Sanctions Screening
• Alert lifecycle and SAR/STR reporting
• Familiarity with AML KPIs, regulatory reporting expectations, and banking data structures
