Senior Oracle Apex Developer

Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Oracle APEX Developer to design, develop, and optimize scalable Oracle APEX applications. The ideal candidate will lead technical implementation, contribute to architecture decisions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of Oracle APEX applications from concept through deployment and support.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions, including data models, interfaces, and integration with other systems.
• Architect, implement, and optimize PL/SQL routines, APEX components, and web interfaces for performance and maintainability.
• Ensure code quality through reviews, testing, documentation, and adherence to best practices.
• Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, and QA teams to define acceptance criteria and timelines.
• Mentor junior developers, promote reusable components, and drive continuous improvement in development processes.
  
  

Required Qualifications

7-12 years of experience in Oracle APEX development

Strong expertise in Oracle PL/SQL, SQL optimization, and performance tuning

Experience with Oracle ORDS, RESTful services, and integration patterns

Proven track record delivering enterprise-grade, scalable Oracle APEX applications

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Oracle 12c/19c databases and Oracle APEX 22x or later

Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks

Broad understanding of enterprise architecture and data modeling

Experience in Agile methodologies and DevOps practices
