This role requires an expert-level developer capable of building complex business logic from scratch, creating rich user interfaces, and ensuring seamless data flow between internal and external systems. Acting as a senior technical authority, this individual will leverage Oracle Forms, Reports, integration technologies, and Oracle APEX to deliver robust, scalable technical solutions that meet evolving business needs.
Key Responsibilities

-
Oracle APEX Development: Design, build, and deploy high-performance, responsive low-code web applications using Oracle Application Express (APEX) to extend EBS functionality, automate manual processes, and build modern corporate portals.
-
Integration Development: Design and develop secure, scalable real-time and batch integrations between Oracle Applications and third-party systems. Utilize technologies such as Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), SOA Suite, Web Services (REST/SOAP), APIs, and open interfaces.
-
Database Programming: Write advanced, highly optimized backend code including complex PL/SQL packages, stored procedures, functions, database triggers, and views. Conduct performance tuning of heavy SQL queries to ensure system stability.
-
Technical Solution Design: Translate functional specifications provided by business analysts and functional consultants into detailed Technical Design Documents (MD070, TE020, etc.) following AIM/OUM methodology.
-
Data Migration & Conversions: Develop and execute secure data conversion programs (using SQL*Loader, PL/SQL, and standard Oracle APIs) for legacy data migration during upgrades or new module deployments.
-
Testing & Code Quality: Lead unit testing, support System Integration Testing (SIT), and participate in code reviews to ensure all code adheres to security standards, compliance requirements, and development best practices.
-
Production Support & Lifecycle Management: Provide Tier-3 technical troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for critical production issues. Package and manage technical objects across development, test, and production environments using version control tools.
