Senior Oracle Developer

Objective

Job Description

Responsible for assisting in Designing, developing, and maintaining products using Oracle technologies and solutions to meet business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Designing, developing, and maintaining Oracle database applications using Oracle tools
• Creating and modifying the Forms screen and reports
• Collaborating with software development teams to understand product requirements and translate them into effective database solutions
• Developing and implementing efficient and optimized database structures, tables, views, stored procedures, functions, and triggers using Oracle PL/SQL
• Writing efficient and optimized database queries, stored procedures, and functions to support the products
• Performing database tuning and optimization to ensure optimal performance and scalability of the products
• Creating and maintaining technical documentation, including database schemas, data dictionaries, and system architecture diagrams
• Assisting in database migration, upgrades, and patching activities
• Supporting end-users in troubleshooting database-related issues and providing technical assistance as needed
• Conduct code and provide constructive feedback to team members Using Release management tools.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or any related degrees
• 5-7 years of experience
• Proficiency with RDBMS concepts and design
• Proficiency with PL/SQL, SQL, and Oracle tools
• Proficiency with Oracle database concepts, such as indexing, partitioning, and performance tuning
• Proficiency with version control systems and code management tools
• Proficiency with Agile development methodologies.
