Senior Oracle Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Senior Oracle Engineer to join our team in the Food & Beverages industry. This role is the main responsible for providing expert technical analysis, development, and support to ensure the stability, performance, and functionality of FCG Oracle Fusion Cloud applications. This role involves resolving complex issues, implementing enhancements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams, Oracle partnerd and stakeholders.
RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design, configure, and maintain Oracle databases and associated applications.
• Support Oracle Fusion, or Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)
• Answer user "how-to" questions, provide training, and create documentation (FAQs, guides)
• Support relevant departments in Monthly / Period closing activities on Oracle modules (ex : Finance, HCM/Payroll)  
• Design, develop, customize, and maintain reports, integrations, and extensions using Oracle technologies like Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), PL/SQL, SQL, BI Publisher, and OTBI. 
• Perform backup and recovery tasks, ensuring data integrity and availability.
• Implement security measures to protect sensitive data and comply with industry regulations.
• Develop scripts (Shell, SQL, PL/SQL) for automation and monitoring.
• Maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and system architecture diagrams
• Document database architecture, processes, and changes for compliance and reference
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support application development and deployment.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance
• Participate in system architecture and technology planning discussion
  
  
  

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or related field
• 6–8+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion implementations and Maintenance. (FMCG experience is a PLUS)
• Demonstrate a good understanding of the Fusion quarterly update process
• Oracle certifications (OCA/OCP) preferred
• Strong expertise in Oracle Application Administration.
• Strong knowledge in roles and security
• Proven Experience on Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI), dashboards, all type of data loaders,
• Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, OTBI, BI Publisher, OIC, REST/SOAP APIs
• Knowledge of Oracle Cloud (OCI) is an advantage
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle critical production issues.
• Good communication and documentation skills
