We are hiring Senior Oracle ERP Project Manager to join one of our major clients based in Musact, Oman .

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Oracle ERP Project Manager to join our team in Oman. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT project management with a focus on Oracle Procurement, sourcing, and contracting , and a minimum of 15 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 15 years of experience in IT project management with strong Oracle Procurement knowledge.
• Strong understanding of procurement business processes, especially in the public sector or government.
• Certification in project management methodologies such as Agile, SCRUM, PRINCE-2, or PMP is preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work onsite in Oman.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expertise in procurement business processes, particularly within the public sector or government.
• Lead and manage IT projects with a strong emphasis on Oracle Procurement.
• Develop and implement project plans, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Oversee procurement processes using Oracle Procurement tools.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure project deliverables.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
• Ensure compliance with project management methodologies and organizational policies.
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior management.
• Mentor and guide project team members.
